Wife of P-Square’s Paul Okoye, Anita Okoye today revealed on her Instagram page that quit 9-5 job earlier this year so as to face new personal projects she was working on. The proud wife and mother wrote;

Changes. This quote resonates with me because, at the beginning of 2016, I found myself unfulfilled in my 9-5.” she writes

Life was a bit robotic, mundane, I felt limited. I never knew I would be an entrepreneur, but I knew I didn’t want to be sitting behind a desk all day.

The creative in me wanted some shine and I had to answer.

Quitting my job, was a huge risk, financially and psychologically. I swapped my high heels & Blazers for sneakers and hard hats. I have no regrets, no looking back. I’ve been taking it one day at a time, it’s not been easy, but I’m nearly ready to reveal my new projects.

The beautiful thing about a social media platform like Twitter is, well, anything goes. This especially rings true in the celebrity world — the quick-fire nature of a tweet often gives stars a place to speak their mindsimmediately. Which . . . sometimes gets them in trouble. Sometimes it blows up into a whole ordeal, like when Kim Kardashianposted a totally nude Instagram photo that spurred lots of backlash and even more cries of support. Michelle Obama Wore 1 Spectacular Summer Dress to Celebrate a Powerful Moment

Michelle Obama invited women like Oprah Winfrey and Kerry Washington to Washington DC for the United State of Women Summit. As they all took the stage, it was clear they brought out their finest looks to talk about a very important topic. But from Oprah's quirky printed heels to the colorful embroidery on Michelle's dress, there was definitely room for playful little details on stage.

The FLOTUS chose one of her go-to silhouettes, an A-line midi, pairing it with simple black pumps so that the chevron appliqué on her design could better stand out. Her jewels were golden: an of-the-moment chunky bracelet complemented double hoop earrings and a handful of shiny rings.
